saladRick’s World Famous Fruit Salad

This is a classic crowd pleaser, both simple and delicious.

Ingredients:
1 lb. 4 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup sour cream

Preparation:
Simply mix all the ingredients together and chill over night. It’s that easy!
