Lead Gardener Position
Have you worked for a maintenance landscaping company for a minimum of five years on a crew?
Would you enjoy working at a single location maintaining the display gardens of a large garden center and wedding venue?
This position is responsible for maintaining the surrounding gardens and lawns. This is a physical job requiring frequent lifting of 30 lbs. You must be able to work outside in rain or shine, cold or hot.
This position requires frequent stooping, squatting, kneeling, bending and twisting. This position requires an individual who can work without direct supervision and who can take initiative and keep busy.
This position is primarily responsible for weeding, edging, pruning, mulching and planting new and established garden display beds throughout our nursery as well as maintaining the lawns.
Our nursery is open 7 days a week from 10am till 6pm. You can choose the days you work but this is a full-time position.
This position requires a minimum of five year’s previous experience on a landscape maintenance crew. You must be able to show proficiency using a lawn mower, string trimmer, blower and properly identify weeds from plants.

Gardeners Position
This position is perfect for:

This position assists the Nursery Manager maintaining the surrounding gardens, turf and fish tanks. This is a physical job requiring frequent lifting of 30 lbs. You must be able to work outside in rain or shine, cold or hot.
This position is primarily responsible for weeding, pruning, and planting new and established garden display beds throughout our nursery as well as maintaining the turf. This position requires frequent stooping, squatting, kneeling, bending and twisting. This position requires an individual who can work without direct supervision and who can take initiative and keep busy.
Tasks include:
- Digging
- Weeding
- Edging
- Mowing
- Pruning
- Planting
- Watering
- Occasionally assisting customers with loading
Our nursery is open 7 days a week from 10am till 6pm. You will be required to work AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY per week.

Nursery Sales Position
We are a destination nursery located in Monroe, Washington with many established garden beds and turf. Our company has an immediate need for PART-TIME or FULL-TIME SEASONAL nursery workers.

Landscape/Construction Crew Positions
This position is for Falling Water Designs, which is our award-winning, full service landscape design-build firm serving the greater Puget Sound area. Our company has an immediate need for full-time landscape installation crew members.
